Generali China Life constantly strives to improve its services for its customers. In June the company launched the new child plan, “Bai Wan Bao Bei” Protection Plan, and the new mobile app “Financial Needs Analysis”.

“Bai Wan Bao Bei” Protection Plan is a child plan that caters the needs of the growth, education and health of the child in different stages of his/her life. The plan insures the new born baby with a long protection period and a flexible term payment. The parents can decide when to receive the payment based on the different stages of life of their child. The payment may reach over 1 million Yuan. Moreover, the plan includes the protection of critical illness and personal accident, providing a special protection for Leukemia.

In the month of June, GCL also launched the new mobile app, “Financial Needs Analysis”, available for download in the AppStore.

The Financial Needs Analysis app helps the customer to determine his\her current financial needs and how well these are aligned to his/her future dreams, goals and objectives. This comprehensive assessment process ultimately culminates in a detailed overview of the customers’ financial situation, with a specific focus on the risks and how these can be mitigated over time. This analysis thus provides the customer with a professional and personalized financial action plan on how to manage his/her short and long-term financial well being.
